If they IPO here after the German plant is working functionally, they'll have lots of money, would think this sort of plant would attract lots of investors especially super funds. This is a green operation as far as I can see, lower carbon emissions so it fits into the new climate change/low emissions world paradigm. Welcome to the world of sustainable investing.
$120 m is a big grant and will go a long way. In any event, I suspect the Germans will be able to get funding. Just a matter of what the terms are.
