they wont have enough to fund federation as is.
numbers look okay though (even ignoring that spot NPV )
Expecting some big dilution to get federation up and runnign, or more drilling to make the FS look better (ie: more cash burn), or maybe a merger / TO from 3rd party
either way i dont have confidence in management to execute with such thin margins on existing production
