Just adding some TA based on my comments. RSI is VERY oversold. There is bullish divergence on the 4 hr time frame. Price targets I'm looking at are 0.25 cents , and a bit over 0.30 cents. At the end of the day, look at how many stocks go up in the markets that are under performing, or have negative earnings. Most of those reasons generally speaking are based on TA. IMO firms like Macquarie have it on the ball.
