I worked with Jim a couple of times including at Hera in the days before they bought Peak and Dargues. Despite a few people grumbling about him getting paid way too handsomely, I will give it to him - he knew what he was doing and how to add value. Same with Adam Mckinnon who has now gone to MAG. Once the steady hands left the SP started its decline.
