Dargues is a major stuff up, but I don't think you can pin it all on the AMI geo's, they only had a few months of due diligence and Dargues was woefully under-drilled on acquisition, once they did drill it, by March 2022 the geos were fairly clear that a lot of the high grade was not there, they can only measure tonnes and grade from drilling and they don't set the price of the transaction for project acquisition.
