A share dilution to raise say $50 million @10c would make for 500 million shares making the register 1.75 billion shares. For the investors in the Dragues purchase at 43cpc to break even, we would need a market cap of $750 million (notwithstanding they could average down). That's unlikely at this stage of affairs and seems a long way off. To get to the 64c mark which was the price a few months prior to Dragues, the MC would need to go to $1.1 billion. So existing shareholders prior to Dragues have suffered badly.
So maybe the person who leaked the possibility of a cap raise is a bit like me and believes further dilution at this price is a big fat No! No! Maybe the intention was to scupper the idea.
Perhaps we need a campaign to bring back Jim or Adam or both. Regardless, I don't understand how Clifford still has his job. In most fields a failure of this magnitude (decline in MC of $400 million) would mean farewell.
