Ex holder here and to be clear AMI is the only company I have ever held which made me openly angry with its incompetence. Usually I take the "what do I know" approach. But Dargues was manifestly stupid.
Clifford's departure and related cleansing was the second leadership debacle at AMI in recent years. And all the experienced guys say the single best piece of advice they have in choosing mining shares is to choose a sound leadership team first, second and third....
I know Federation is great.
Please folks convince me why this time its different and why the share price is going to fly notwithstanding a track record of leadership incompetence.
