Aurelia Metals Limited (ASX: AMI) (Aurelia or the Company) is pleased to report that the NSW Departmentof Planning, Housing
and Infrastructure (DPHI) has approved a modification to the Federation Minedevelopment consent,

allowing up to 600 thousand tonnes of ore per annum to be hauled to the Peakprocessing plant, up from the previously
approved 200 thousand tonnes per annum.

This approval will enable Aurelia to realise the higher value from treating all ore mined from Federation atPeak,
as outlined in the findings of the Cobar Optimisation Study (see ASX announcement dated 23 October2024,
‘Cobar Basin Optimisation Update’).

There are a number of administrative updates to management plans required due to the approval,
which willbe undertaken in due course.
