Anyone who has spent time on projects in the dryer regions throughout Oz realises for several days after the deluge the place is sodden and all aspects of site movement and production are affected. However the benefits of the moisture in conditioning the soil for road and engineering works and rejuvenating the environment far outweighs the minor delays.
