If it is over the three years and the latest updates said they've issued 13,296,144 then the interest expense will be roughly:
(13,296,144 x 8%)x3 = $3,191,074.56 over the full term. Or if they issue all 15,403,078 then:
(15,403,078 x 8%)x3 = $3,696,738.72 over full term. Plus maturity return.
Considering this 3 years is a long time. They got you on the hook for 3 years unless you convert within the time. Your total return over 3 years = 24%. My return will depend on how they drive the growth with the money from the notes plus the mediation funds too. We will see who comes out in front mate. If your strategy is best. Then well done! But it kind of implies the SP will remain subdued and as such you may get a better convert price. Or on the other hand maximum convert price = $1.2 or 3 years maturity.
This quarters convert price should be under 80 cents. Still not near 40 cents but I can buy off market if they get it down closer to there. I'm more bullish they will make something of the company though. GLTAH
