You could have bought the same shares today for 75c, so your conversion at 67.9c is a discount of 9.5%.
Compared that to the interest return of 24% over the next 3 years doesn't seem like a very good trade off to me.
I'm happy to keep my convertibles, collect the interest & see how things develop.
