I suspect that a materially lower feed price is part of the settlement as a way Skrettlings can claim they weren't ever at fault & CSS get a higher settlement. $40m+ Inc costs was the circulated claim value, $15m + $3m-$5m p.a price reduction for the next 3 years would be a great deal.
