Well it is a black or white decision, did the feed cause the growth issues?
The supplier has consistently denied that their feed is at fault so it's not a surprise that they wouldn't settle.
With the way the justice system goes we can write off any sort of final resolution for at least a year, we'll be lucky if it is resolved in the next 2019/20 year IMO.
