You're joking right? The feed *producer* as the responsibility to ensure that the feed they are selling meets spec, not the feed buyer. Do you have your medication regularly tested to ensure it meets spec? Or is that the responsibility of Bayer, Merck, etc.

How in the hell was CSS to know that the feed was defective? Were those consumers who were killed by defective car air bags at fault because they continued to drive with those (unknowingly) defective air bags?
