4kt/y, then reduced to stage 1 with 3kt/y at a cost of $4m with expansion to 10kt/y and now back to 4kt/y with expansion to 7.5kt/y.

At least they explain that the increased capital costs, from $4m to $6.3m includes the costs for expansion readiness, hence the expansion only adds $1.7m to overall capital costs.

As per the announcement there is grant funding of $6m available, and previously it was announced that $2.5m of grant funding was for stage two, so presumably that will be applied towards the $6.3m, which would mean the $1.7m expansion costs could then potentially be funded from cashflow from stage one.
