Seems like at least one of the offtake agreements includes a German outfit - who are obviously very serious about securing excellent grade niobium - hence the guarantee....

Also, it looks like the Board are not just going to rubber stamp an offtake agreement willy nilly unless it makes sense and gains as much benefit for CXX as possible. It appears they may have asked the "multiple parties in four geographical locations" to go back and sharpen their pencils...
"....Revised proposals have been received from the parties with volume commitments and final pricing mechanisms being closed out."
It is pleasing to see the Board actually demonstrating it has shareholders best interests at heart. It's one thing to talk about it - but another to actually demonstrate it. It is refreshing to see this in a Board and credit must go to them.
