Not sure, but it is possible I guess.
I feel the more likely scenario is that they try and delay a capital raise for as long as possible....then another 3-6 month delay...and then a distressed capital raise.
But who knows, maybe the existing substantial shareholders might throw is more money at a solid price to protect their investment.
