When doing a deal with "entrepreneur of the year" my money is on that guy getting the better side of the bargain.
The best bargains are when dopey people are on the other end of the trade. This guy sounds smarter than us. At least he joins the board and is a large shareholder so might help future decision-making. Perhaps worth overpaying now to get this guy onboard if he stays the full journey.
