I’m with you Jayneen and think the acquisition is a short and especially long term real positive for FEX.
I don’t think naysayers understand the complexity of what goes on behind the scenes to support a large modern fleet like Fenix Newhaul and hence having haulage flexibility and 100% control for future growth from new opportunities is a real positive.
Having Craig Mitchell with his experience as a major share holder and in the Board can only be a positive with his and JW`s vested interest to grow the business in the Mid West.
I’m happy with an amazing Divi return each year and will ride out the share price and with this new acquisition probably bring my guess back to about a 6 cents per share Divi in a couple of months time. With todays SP still a great return. Not many stocks on the ASX compare on this pending Divi. Ka- Ching $$$
