As we got 5.25c fully franked last time from less than 5 months of production, I’d be pretty disappointed to see anything les than 6-7c without some really good reason to hold onto the cash. Also, we should remember the dividend policy states “Fenix will distribute between 50% and 80% of after tax earnings.”
The big question is “what is the NPAT going to be for FY22?”
Regardless of the answer, any dividend of 6c or more is a pretty good return on the current SP of 30c particularly if it’s fully franked.
