I can't seem to find any details of how much they paid for the trucking business. It states in the article that it hasn't been disclosed anywhere so difficult to compare the deals.

In isolation, a bolt on acquisition like this is done for the right reasons, but much like investing in shares. If you purchase a good investment at the wrong price, it quickly becomes a bad investment, and on the flip side, you buy a bad investment for a good price it can be very good for you. I've had both in my investment history as I'm sure most people have. Fenix Newhaul for me (and the calcs back this up) is a good investment made at the wrong price.
