Considering the massive votes against renumeration movements at the recent AGM, can we have confidence that this share loan plan won't get over the line?
There is no value-add for shareholders from it, its dilution of about 2%, there is no KPIs attached to it. More issues than Vogue.
I'm in FEX because of Rob, the hedge, FF divs etc. I dont want to see us goign head first without helmet into Wealthgone's s04 investment, or going into africa. Serioulsy considering selling with this massive, expensive change of managemnet, with no further info from company. ALso when is the EGM, and relevant docs? Assume EGM is now in Feb as need to provide 4 weeks.
