He has been director for company called Equatorial Resources for last 11 years and see below share price performance, why didn't company mentioned this? EQX invested in SO4 and everyone here knows what happened to SO4... ! EQX fighting with CONGO for some mining issue related to Iron Ore.... more info available on EQX announcement so feel free to read.

Another company he is serving as Chairman is OEC since last 7 years and price moved from 24c to $1.3 to back to 50c... !
Now, for resolute mining where he was CEO until resigned in 2020 for five years which traded from roughly 25c to 80c when he resigned, again in Africa
