Ann: Fenix Board Appointment, page-221

Hello guys

Just checking in on your thoughts about the future of this stock

I sold out about a year because of the lack of forecasted growth and the pressure being put on my the dropping iron ore price.

Good to see that price is back at a comfortable level for Fenix but the growth problem still seems to exist. Obviously the board knows it’s putting pressure on their reputation, obviously all the investors know… so why don’t they address the issue? My assumption is that there is a method to this madness.

They’re a good team. I often wonder if they want to take more rights from scorpion and know that scorpion will most likely become more desperate for money as time goes on, so why not wait? It would be strategic. It’s hard imagine that Fenix isn’t looking for growth potential. I guess it would be nice to hear more from them on this.
