MC only holds 52%. If he puts his lot in that will only get them to 62%. FEX need 75% by 21st Mar 7pm for everyone to get the increased consideration, or at least 75% by 8 Apr for the deal to go ahead. Unless of course FEX decides to waive these conditions.
It needs a few other major shareholders to put their lot in as well for this to be a done deal.
If the deal falls through everyone who has accepted will get their shares back.
