given its a pretty crap deal for CZR holders.
Management smashed holders with the unnecessary consolidation, clearly didn't get the due diligence correct on the miracle deal and now having wasted a year and decimated the cash
dish us this all script deal at about 50% of the supposed Miracle deal value.
