i hear the chinese ships, with their war games reevving up more in protest... saying to our gov , hey you idiots we offered much much much more, we are your major trading partner and you would be broke and in debt if it wasn't for us, and then you selective crush this deal, (no guts to actually say NO or yes) what is the difference in that months earlier an approval for a billlion $ deal with chinese connections. war games offour coast are not uncommon, and think i heard a protest of over reacting here folks, nothing new.
can we hope for a counter offer, evenwith chinese having another go, just to annoy the administration,the powers thatbe.
Fenix,heldoff with paying a dividend, due to deals and financings to go towards projects and construction of same, next couple of years looks promising for them, /us, re dividends to be reinstated, particualry if cost tomine the ore and margins are about 40-50%
