Those incentives do seem encouraging but it’s not an either or, in my opinion.
It can be both and it should be both.
It’s not peculiar to you that a mere 3c dividend would’ve resulted in a $600,000 payout to him whilst not hindering in any way whatsoever the growth plans the board is encompassing and yet, he chose not to pursue that?
It may actually be ironic that withholding dividends has potentially or even likely had an adversarial impact on those listed incentives - especially the 40c one, which may have actually been achieved by now.
All speculation of course.
