But there are manipulators still there who can play with SP throughout the day & at the end of the day during auction / closing price. There are vested mamipulators lurking around may not be under "broker" / "institutional investor".
Look at the horizontal bar showing VolumeByPrice. The longer the bar the accumulation is stronger and acts as a resistance and support in long term, meaning in short term it is hard to break WITHOUT SOLID NEWS (What is solid news for CCC depends on HOW SATISFIED the manipulators are becos, CCC does not have brokers or institutional investors as mentioned by you).
