Actually it's bad news.

30/10/2012 annual report page 9: "...it is anticipated that hot commissioning and first production can be scheduled at the ATC Ferrotungsten Project in the current year."

30:11/2012: "Hot commissioning is expected to start during February 2013."

WTF! On 30/10 hot commissioning was supposed to be no more than two months away. One month later, hot commissioning has not come closer but is further away, i.e. 2-3 months. What's it going to be next month? "We expect hot commissioning to occur during towards the end of the second quarter of 2013"? It's been just a few days ago that we equipped them with all the funds they needed to get this damn plant going but already they stuffed up yet again! I'm so much fed up with these endless delays. The plant was supposed to be in production by Q1-2011, almost TWO YEARS AGO!
