Even so, if Ferroival wants BRS/TSE so badly offer a better fairer price than the previous offer and i believe they will have more chance of the board and shareholders getting seriously considering the offer, theres going to be a lot funds and people who bought at the last 2 capital raisings myself included, who may be happy to take some small loss but a huge loss at the current offer is hard to swallow and i won't be voting for it personally.
It would seem that Ferrovial wants BRS/TSE badly since they're left it a considerable time to make another offer, i didnt see any other news of Ferrovial making any offers to buy any other services organizations in Aust.
