I agree that's also another possibility, they did that some time ago, the share price was in the mid 2's from memory back then, if they did it now they would be buying the stock back cheaper than the capital raising they did several years ago.
When UGL tried to do a takeover of TSE back then and weren't successful, that was roughly a $4.50 offer from memory, my how times have changed...
