There seems to be bullying tactics here, along with self serving interests in advantage of Directors.
Closing date of offer (unless extended) is 8th of April.
MC has not accepted and I see no reason he would now for an inferior offer of .85 shares instead of .98.
Rio has offered to pay the break fee.
At some point, surely the offers will increase. I am sitting tight waiting for better. I am also not voting in favour. I believe patience here will push the SP up.
