This is great news for people who do DD and have conviction in the company, its a good time to accumulate, this acquisition is larger then it is perceived. The people selling are the same people who didnt make a plan or whose plan was to sell now and buy cheaper. Its a venture capital company structure, they invest in other assets to grow value, they also are happy to cross leverage their holdings, bridging tech from company to company. Theres a broader market who get this company, having this company and people who understand how to trade it is better then having profit seekers who trade for a few peeps instead of multiple bags, if they want quick money go to crypto, if you want FIRE learn to invest for multi bagging.

No demand is a good thing, only people who do their DD will buy, this company is harder to understand for most and to make it worse its lead is tech but the choices they make are from datto. This product will illustrate how they work as a group, venture capital and Seed companies. I did question a return of a previous employee if Chow produced a mediocre product for smartfunding and FFG group.
