If you were on the conference call it was already discussed they more likely do a private placement to sophisticated investors as one option- potentially US or Asia based - and/or their acquisitions will generate cash short term Kryptos-x and crypto mining project launching very soon
fact is they have spent their capital on strong assets that will pay multiples once they get going -
