I think the recent poor results would have shocked many such as:

- $8.5M loss last reporting period, mostly due to the $6.7M incentive shares that were given to executives! But net assets of the whole company are only $20.5M!!!
shockingly generous remuneration imo.

- $8M debt from the Arena raise matures soon at a conversion price of $0.07; so i understand that will result in 114,285,714 new shares issued to Arena, which is a 10% dilution! (& most of the funds have been spent, so another raise & more dilution possibly incoming)

- most of the incentive shares appear to have been granted because the company's market capitalisation was respectively $50M & $75M for just a 20 day period!!!
