i don't think FFG has any business in China? Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand etc yes, but that's SE Asia, not China.

i think the problem is net assets & revenue haven't grown as much as SH forecasted while investments, costs & expenses have grown disproportionately high:

MC of FFG is currently $42M while the co's net assets are currently less than $20M; considering Abelco/iCandy's current worth recently dropped a lot, & total investments were at 31 December 21 worth just $14.6M:



maybe therefore FFG is still +100% overvalued; i hope not! & that the recent AFG pass-the-parcel unlocks value soon!
