No need to be too very skeptical, just do a little maths biggrin.png
    Here's an example for you:
    • Toyota Mirai just achieved 1003 km on a single 5.6kg tank. averaged 0.55 kg/100 km. (https://insideevs.com/news/511082/toyota-mirai-record-1000km-hydrogen/ )
    • Very good cars are are 5.5 litres per 100 for petrol (That means about 1 KG of Hydrogen equals more than 10 Litres of fuel.)
    • Tasmania plans to sell green power to the mainland for $80/mwh
    • Hydrogen takes about 55 kwh to produce 1kg, or about $4.40/kg
    • Any GAS station could produce hydrogen onsite for about $5-6/kg, selling for say $7/kg
    • You could refuel your car for about $38.50 per 1000km !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats cheaper than petrol. So its possible!
    • But cars are not the target market for Hydrogen, as batteries may/may not be slightly cheaper. Bigger market is trucks, trains, ships, planes etc
