Agree Oilman, I'm in due to the enormnous potential, but it raises a couple of questions about management's commercial skills and the agreement does unfortunately signal a low current value for the tech. For example, did they shop this around, or just jump at the opportunity? Billion dollar companies like Nel could have been interested as a hedge against disruption to their electrolyser business. Other energy companies may have been interested also. I tend to think that just because they got into it cheap from the Uni, they undervalued it themselves. Good deal for FFI, and the potential for SPN improves in spite of the cheap sale based on an assumption of increased speed to development. That's not stated, but FFI have made it clear they're in a rush on all the green hydrogen side of their business.

Hopefully they don't succumb to the big company spending pressure, and reduce equity further though.
