Not sure why so many new comers to the stock and non holders are so worried about the price FFI paid for their share. FFI wouldn't pay a single dollar if they were not convinced about the technology. When you have a player like FFI ( FNP ) backing you by becoming a major shareholder it will give so much leverage when negotiating deals with contractors , banks and off take partners. This is a win win for both parties. FFI will get access to a new low cost technology to produce Hydrogen and SNP will be able to free carry it's holdings and concentrate more on its Graphene business commercialisation. I won't be selling any shares till at least I see a 3 in front of its share price.
