Kluey, thats my point. The problem is, both companies are small and resource-poor, and they are trying to do too much with too little, and consequently the staff sometimes 'drops the ball'. The problem though is not the staff, it's asking too much of your staff. These two companies need to merge so that their staff resources can be deployed much more effectively.
