In light of the news from FFX, I don't think anyone is going to vote no to this deal.
A no will mean everybody loses (you get zip) and the licence goes back to the Malian Gov.
A yes will mean holders get circa 50 cents per share back.
Zero or circa 50 cents per share.
Easy choice. Give me the $$$$$$$$
