Sad for humanity really, poor 3rd world countries with no democracy living in poverty with their leaders rife with corruption being manipulated by the Chinese communist party. Imagine for a second the lasting affect this will have on the average Malian. What hope do they have of foreign investment and fair foreign investment after situations like this take place. Africa is mineral rich from the top to the bottom and could provide such a different way of life for their people such a sad reality that nothing will change in our lifetimes.
