Walker a director owns a truckload of shares and virtually controls the company and has his own organisation Cicero supplying the administration function and company registration location in Perth.

Smith the CEO is on the board and operates out of another office in Brisbane.

Wild - presume he just arrives on the scene 7 times a year to chair the meetings.

Last year they paid themselves a total package of $869,911 for company revenue of $10k whilst slashing shareholder value with a 50:1 consolidation.

Time to deliver shareholder value - one would think so!
