    I can't access the article but the UK Telegraph reported at story on April 24 2021, with a title that hints at where this is headed. They would need to keep this in the UK so its easier in a COVID era to progress. UK still has plenty of oil and refineries that could fit the bill. Not sure who owns them. I would expect a deal very shortly. What refiner is not going to want to be be supporting this, to , at the very least, look like they are becoming cleaner and greener. Scores some political points. I could also see the Norwegians being keen on this, and of course the elephant in the room, the Saudis. But home grown would be best for now IMO
