    It wouldn't surprise me if the European sales are just waiting for the <100 tonne REACH approval. What is the next level that needs approval? <1000 tonne. It all seems ridiculous to me, a point that WG agreed with during a recent discussion I had with him.
    Graphene is either safe or it is not. Regulators, don't you just love em.
