I think you will find that again this is not the announcement that the market has been waiting for. Short therm holders, have been expecting a big concrete announcement that covers exactly who, what and how much. While this announcement has given some strong hints, they are now faced with 2 options; wait longer or take the profit you have before everyone else does.
On the other side of the coin, this announcement was great news for long term investors, we know that sales have been made and another 2 long term contracts are in the works. Couple that with the additional 500t of graphite purchased and things are looking very healthy.
I have no doubt the SP will explode when the right news comes out, but some are on a shorter time frame than others and I think you will find that a lot of the negativity we see here is a direct result of that.
