My issue is where is our protection? What's in it for us? We're saying we won't be selling to anyone else for 4 years. That hurts us as it limits our potential revenur. Our other contracts offset that by specifying a minimum sales amount per year.
The benefit for us is we're guaranteed sales, the benefits for them are exclusivity if they meet those sales.
