So far, I have seen Mike Bell, in the job for about 2 minutes... in the first minute. He seems to have analysed the business structure and re-shuffled his existing team around to focus on sales with his chief tech officer heading that up.. having the ability to talk turkey with potential clients in a high end new additive way is invaluable..
Great move in minute 1 IMHO..
Then in the second minute, Mike seems to be re-visiting possible customers and leads to find that planartech can help move more graphene... in my opinion this will be the firs of many like this, as he seemingly is working his way down this list...
I see what Mike is doing, and I like it.. I imagine he is on the phone and doing the hard yards..
Kamantea.... you have been whining for months about poor communication and now you can see what is happening with open eyes.. and you tell them to shut their mouth... I don’t know about you mate, but if I was management reading your posts, it wouldn’t encourage me to communicate better..
As I have said in the past it’s important to switch off from time to time.. with the US market dropping overnight, it adds to the daily stress.. I like you am an option holder.. and I am on a timeframe as we all are... but it seems to me this re-structure and re-juggle is only going to be positive, and create the environment that you are looking for. Let Mike have 5 minutes in the job, then maybe assess his performance. Not on the second minute..
