Folks can only guess as to who is selling. Is it market makers? sophs that took part in the placement? Dunno, but who said sophs would hold shares they picked up in the placement anyway? thats not how placements work by and large. There will be sophs that take part just to make that 3/5/10/20% profit for a few days of letting their cash work, and good on em. Companies are not going to go passing the hat around to everyone, sorry, if you've only got 5/10/20/50k to put in, it's not worth the hassle of finding enough of you to raise funds from, basically thats what the sophs do, they take on the risk of holding a stock and being able to sell it, and lets face it FGR is rather illiquid, many will now be holding parcels they took at 11c, given only a few million have been sold since ann and less since those 30m shares hit the market, so just get over it, CR's are a necessary evil, and everyone whingeing about it should stick their cash in the bank or perhaps buy some other stocks that don't do CR's, oh wait, even Banks, Oil Majors and other top companies do CR's. And the end result is that now pretty much everyone that was lining up to buy this before last ann can do so at a discounted price. I laugh when folks talk about dilution, have seen very few sub holders on hotcopper and lets face it they are the amongst the only folks that have a serious gripe with dilution if it means they lose control or significant influence over a company. ugh
